Requirements for Camera-Ready Art

• Electronic files only, saved on a CD or Zip 100
  or 250 disk.
• A hard copy printout of the ad must accompany the disk (color or black & white is acceptable)
• PDF files can be accepted on disk or by E-mail. (dory@greatdealsmagazine.net)
  

Layout Specifications

• Macintosh platform
• Quark Xpress 4.1 or earlier must be used if supplying native files (include all fonts, art, graphics, etc. on disk)
  • All photos and graphics must be provided in TIFF, JPG or EPS format
  • Photographs should be scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi and saved as TIFF files
  • All Pantone® or spot colors, logos and photos must be converted to CMYK colors
    
• PDF Files
  • All ink colors, graphics and photos must be saved as CMYK colors before distilling
  • ALL FONTS MUST BE EMBEDDED
    
• Artwork created on other platforms and software programs must follow the same requirements and size specifications and be saved as an EPS file. If using Photoshop, a TIFF file is also acceptable. (If providing an EPS file, please include all graphics and fonts to insure proper output.)
